Screenshots You Upload
When you upload a screenshot for analysis, we temporarily process the image to extract text and generate an AI verdict. We do not permanently store your uploaded images. Screenshots are processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis is complete.
Analysis Results
We store the AI-generated analysis results (verdict, scores, patterns detected) to enable sharing and voting features. This data does not include the original screenshot or the full text of your conversations.
Device Fingerprints
To prevent vote manipulation and ensure fair voting, we generate a device fingerprint when you vote on a verdict. This fingerprint is a hash that cannot be used to personally identify you or track you across other websites.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage, app performance metrics, and error reports to improve the Service.
How We Use Your Information
- To process screenshots and generate AI analysis verdicts
- To enable sharing verdicts with friends via unique links
- To track and display votes on shared verdicts
- To prevent abuse and vote manipulation
- To improve our Service and fix bugs
Data Retention
Screenshots: Deleted immediately after processing (not stored)
Analysis Results: Retained as long as the verdict exists. You may request deletion of your verdicts by contacting us.
Device Fingerprints: Stored with votes to prevent duplicate voting. Cannot be used to identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our Service:
- Google Gemini API: For AI-powered text extraction and argument analysis. Google may process the text extracted from your screenshots according to their privacy policy.
- Netlify: For hosting our website and API.
- Neon: For database hosting (stores analysis results and votes).
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
